Hello, My name is Hope, I would love to loose 24 lbs befor my 24th anniversary, which is in Sept. I love the outdoors, and really would love to find some motivators I can chat with everyday to help me. I do the TurboJam 1 time in the morning before I go to work and 1 time after work. But I just started the work outs so if anyone is willing to join me lets go and start loosing weight together. We can log in and compare our workouts and track our results together and also our recipes. I allways love trying new recipes. Anyway log in a chat, I see ya later. BYBY

I replied to your contact request as "Mary", but now that I've read a bit more about you...I apologize :-)
Welcome to Traineo! I've been here just shy of a month and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! This is such a great group of people, and someone is always there to lend a hand or a cheer! It's awesome.
As you may have read, I'm 40 and trying to drop this weight that I've been carrying around and complaing about for the past "too many" years, and I'm making really great progress since I got on Traineo. I've lost a total of 13 pounds in just over 3 weeks. Mainly because I can check in here every day, and keep myself on track. It's great!
Enjoy your "stay" here, and if I have one piece of advice (not that you asked), it is stay with this group of people. It's really easy to get side tracked, and lose track of everyone in this group...but doing so might help you slip back into old habits, and lose momentum. Even if you only get to check in for a minute...do it every day if possible. Post just SOMETHING every day.
